Seems like I need to write more, I'm averaging one post a month :P Many things happen and all but they're mostly mundane and not worth sharing. However, I did attend Megaplex a couple weeks ago. Initially it looked like I would not as my brother's wedding was scheduled for the same weekend and I was to be in the wedding party. However it was not to be, as work dicked me around on getting the time off until the price of plane tickets was way beyond what I could afford.

I wasn't really feeling into the con, a first for me, and I just barely stopped by Thursday night and Friday to go to lunch. Just wasn't feeling it, plus was a little sick with a stuffy nose on Friday. Slept the hell in Saturday too, didn't get there until after 12. But once there I had plenty of fun, especially with the Guest of Honor this year. Had some memorable moments. Overall, it was a good con for me, even though I only made it to half of it.

Exciting things on the work front too. A couple people at the sushi bar quit, so they asked me if I was interested... Yep! Zeebah movin' on up! So if anyone stops by Wolfgang's for dinner they just might notice me in rollin' in the sushi bar now! Means a slight change in schedule, learning new stuff and maybe a little extra cha-ching! Had my first two nights there, and will be training the rest of this week. Will see how it goes.

Missed Anthrocon. Thank you to all those that sent pictures and texts from the con to cheer me up. Birthday this past sunday, the 4th. Turned old. Was a depressing day, worked a double shift. Not looking like any relief in sight, going to have to keep the second job until I know for sure things will be stable with having to move to a new apartment. Had been looking forward to ditching it for awhile.

Supposed to miss Megaplex due to going to my brother's wedding. Unsure about that even now. At least my teeth are healed up and all better, yay!

Back from the dentist. Had teeth extracted. That. Shit. Sucks. Fucking-A. If you ever have to have it done, get your ass knocked out, don't stay awake like I did. Holy shitballs. Pardon me I'm still out of it. Ugh.

Well, this past April marked two years in Florida for me. Hard to believe that much time has passed already. I'm still kind of getting used to the idea of seeing palm trees everywhere, hah. Things had just gotten settled in right but it looks as if its time to change them up already. Will have to examine my options and decide between staying where I am and getting a new roommate, moving into a single apartment of my own, or moving in with someone else. Which ever way I hope to accomplish it as cheaply and easily as possible.

Got pulled over yesterday on the way between jobs. The reason why? The zebra-striped license plate frame I have on my car "covered the word "Florida" too much." The little "myflorida.com" website address on top of the plate. What the hell? I say I was a victim of species profiling! Since then I have been looking more closely at other cars and I'd say that about half of the people out there with plate frames also have "obscured license plates" according to the warning I got. So watch out, that website address is Very Important!

I'm just curious to see what anyone else thinks.

Should I get;

A)A new fursuit of a new character. Or..

B) Takala 2.0 update.

Because it looks like its going to be one or the other but not both.

Went out to see the midnight premier of Alice in Wonderland. I thought it was pretty good actually, rather entertaining. Appropriately strange and surreal, Tim Burton definately brought something to the already strange tale.

The weird thing was with the 3D. Instead of giving us the normal glasses, we got these tiny little tabs of paper that you put on your tongue. Everything was in amazing color 3D, even after the movie was over, for like the next six hours! Aweseome! ;)
